I'm just going over everything as I prepare for my first test flight. One thing that I've noticed are the angles of each flapperon differ sometime by up to 4.75 degrees. This seems to be a bit much. Below is the table of angles I've measured. What's considered acceptable? And is there an easy way to figure out what to adjust to improve it. I feel like it's just a guessing game from the last/first time I did this months ago.

So some of these really stand out, especially full flaps.

I had the same issues and concerns. I called the factory and talked with John McBean and he told me to make sure they are rigged per the manual at neutral and the rest will fall out where it will. The deflection at full throw is not that critical because you will likely not see those deflections in normal flight. He told me not to overthink it...

That 34.15 sure jumps off the page. Is that a typo?

Nope it is not. But now that I look, the matching should be 29.60 making the 4.75 degree difference

I'm planning to go over everything again on monday - from double checking the control horn attachment angles onwards.
