Factory Assisted Build?

Hi -- Just curious as I saw a really nice Kitfox on Barnstormers that says it's "Factory Assisted Build"

I know other manufacturers have factory assisted build programs, but I'm just wondering what that means in relation to a Kitfox, as I couldn't find any info on that?

One day I hope to have built one as nice as that one on Barnstormers.

It means times were hard and business was slow after the crash of 2007-2008 and Kitfox helped a guys with their builds for a short time.
