Quarter window torn at stitching.. Ideas ?

My Quarter window is torn at the stitching. KF IV. paint and fabric are good and I really dont want to go through all the trouble of paint ect.. looking for ideas please :)

If it's still basically together I use superglue on the joint and it holds fine. May be too much forward slipping over the years-at least I think that contributes.
