Don't want to use the 25 yr old P-seal that came with the kit, the adhesive is a little dry and not very sticky. Any recommendations for replacement? I have the stock doors with the fiberglass lower panel. Silicone, neoprene, or foam type P-seal? HD/Lowes carries a something similar to the kit, but in brown and white. There's some on Ebay, it's black, a tad smaller, but it comes from the UK (not that that's stopped me before). Thanks

Kitfox Aircraft has new stock that is the correct part for the doors.

I replaced my door seals last winter with these:

Check Ace hardware. They have a nice selection. I bought some that is perfect for a few bucks. It is a 17ft roll. There's two pieces. You split them apart and there's enough for both doors. https://www.acehardware.com/departments/building-supplies/weather-stripping/weather-stripping/5335898
