Anybody know how many hours of flight can be put on an air frame (model 5) before it needs gone through and how detailed.

There isn't any limit for a Kitfox. You just need to continue doing the condition inspections every year. I would say it totally depends on the condition of the airframe, especially watching for corrosion, cracks, condition of the powder coating, fabric, etc.
