97 Model IV 1200 Speedster Horizontal Stabilizer Ribs

I recently purchased a 97 Model IV 1200 Speedster and the prior builder has already installed the ribs in the horizontal stabilizer. I have 3 versions of manuals and I know there are differences in the number of ribs installed. Can you guys take a look at the pics and let me know if i'm missing ribs or if this is complete for the speedster.

My '93 model 4 speedster has 8 ribs per side, 16 total on the horizontal stab.
