Cabane gear Spring replacement

I have found a local supplier who can supply a urethane puck stack to replace my sagging square stock die Spring. There was a post a while back that gave the specifications for the die Spring rate,which I can't seem to find. Can someone help me find this thread or post the specifications for the commonly used Spring (Highwing supplied)

Thanks that is exactly what I need. The Highwing supplied gear:cool: has taken a beating for around four years with no problem other than a sagging of the springs due to age and use (600+hours)
