ADS-B do I need to install ??

ok guys have old KF 4 early 90s 912 ul that was certified with no eletriect system in it do I have to put ADS-B in it ??

If it has a 912 UL, it has an electrical system.

If you fly in the airspace that requires ADS-B, yes you must have it.
