IV Flap Handle

Does anyone have a solution for this?

When I am belted in with shoulder belts in my IV Speedster, I can't reach the flap handle. I must loosen my harnesses in order to add or retract flaps....hardly the safest solution.

Anyone have any ingenious solutions?

I’ve seen many with an extension that bends back towards you with a t-handle.

I added a "T" handle and extension to my flap handle. Since I added a trim tab to the elevator I also made the "gate" for flap operation.
