Butt rib close out and top door trim piece under the wing

Question -

How does that top door trim panel under the wing get trimmed out even with the Butt rib?
It would make sense that the trim piece would be relieved to access the wing pins. I know
the tabs get trimmed even with the outside edge of the butt rib. I can't seem to find a pic
that spells it out for me. How did you trim it? Pic's please.
