Show us your engines!

I'm going to be installing a 912 on my KF4 and would like to see pics of other installations. I’m sure there are some really clean installs.

thanks!

get with them at kitfox, they know how to do it. the tank will need to be cut down, they can do that. the tubes for the water pump need to be reclocked. they can do that. the intakes need to be switched around so they now face out. the modules need to be removed and put on your motor mount, it's a good idea anyway. just some of the fun you will have.

Could you take some pics of your engine install? It sounds like it's done nicely. Picture is worth a 1000 words!
Sounds like there are a few tweaks that would be good to see so I know what a good install looks like.

Thanks!

next time I have the cowling off, I'll take a few. I got some new spark plugs to put in, so it shouldn't be too far out. I also did a booboo and pulled up too hard(yank and bank) and blew out my windscreen today. Oh crap. now I got that to do. but I ordered a preformed, don't want that again, this is the third time I've done it over about 10 years. Aren't these planes fun. :p

Did you ever find any useful information? I started the 912 install on my Model IV last weekend and was just searching the forums for the same info. The Kitfox instructions don't seem bad so far, but still would be great to have a build log, vlog, or just a photo album to reference as I go.
