Trim System Upgrade

Updating the Series 7 from manual trim to the new Super Sport electric tail option.

  2. Servo in place

  3. Elevator filled in

  4. Nice straight edge

  5. Building a paint booth

  6. Ready to spray

  7. Glue it down

  8. Then some finishing tapes

  9. Attaching some 3/8" alu tube to the TE with Hysol

  10. New ribs in place

  11. Oh my what have I done? This was a flyable plane 2 weeks ago.

  12. Installing the electric jackscrew

  13. Securing the opening with some wood & Hysol
