After Covering and Paint

  1. 912ULS motor mount and firewall installed. Boot cowl fitted.

  2. Pitot mast installed and pitot/AOA plumbing routed.

  3. Dynon remote compass mounted in RH outboard wing.

  4. Instrument panel fitting with EXP Bus, Dynon D180, and FlyPad iPad mount installed. Control stick with carbon fiber grip and elevator trim switch...

  5. Wings installed with lift struts & fairings.

  6. Flaperons mounted and rigged before wing covering.

  7. Wings almost ready for fabric.

  8. Carbon fiber/Kevlar instrument panel back from CNC.

  9. Brake line routing.

  10. Rudder installed.

  11. Rudder installed and rigged.

  12. Fresh air NACA inlet installed in boot cowl.

  13. Header tank and aluminum fuel lines installed.

  14. Rudder and pedals rigged.

  15. Engine turned firewall. Only took a few hours.

  16. Rigging the quick-build wings.

  17. Landing gear blocks with rounded edges and clear anodizing.

  18. Main landing gear reinstalled with clear anodizing. Brake calipers fitted.

  19. Fuselage back on the main gear.

  20. Getting pedals and center console fitted back into place.
