Looking for help. I'm trying to do the reaming of the tail hinges, and can't get close enough with my drill. My angle drill is also too big. Any suggestions please?

If I remember correctly, some have squared off the reamer so they could get a wrench on it. I used small needle point vise grips. Of the two, I'd go with squaring the reamer.

Try to grind the end to a shape that a socket will grab onto. Add some ratchet extensions and work from the end of the elevator with a ratchet.

When I built my Sonerai back in about 1990 I needed long drills and long reamers. I just took a piece of round stock and welded it to the end of whatever (drill bit, reamer, etc.). I used the same size round stock as the shank diameter to the tool and used the crotch of an aluminum angle to hold everything in line. Then Mig welded them together. The weld won't stick to the aluminum. Still have a couple of them out in the barn.
