Default TK1 Super Step on Monster Gear

Victor and I are contemplating getting a TK1 Super Step to install on Rock Fox, a 7SS with cabane gear with Monster shocks, we plan on covering the gear.

Some of the questions we have are...

How will the covering interact with the step mount?

What length step should we get? 12"? 18"? 24"?

Is position on gear (height) adjustable?

Has anyone else used this step?

Does anyone have another option for a step?

    Thanks,
    Ralph

This is the 24" step... you can adjust the height buy choosing which holes the bolts are in. Don't know about covering yet, but I intend to find out.

    Hi Mike,
Could you include a picture taken from the end of the step? I'd like to see how
far away it would stand from the fabric. I'm wondering if someone used the
step would the front of their shoes touch the fabric.
