Farmfox rolled over 300 hours today after 20 months or flying. It got me wondering who has the highest time Kitfox still flying?
Post your hours even if you don't think you have a high hour plane.

Quicksilver MX built and registered as experimental (destroyed in wind storm)
Harlan - 274.5. But that doesn't count the hours sitting in it while building and making engine noises. Congrats on wearing yours out. Right now I'm putting on just over 50 hours per year. About a half the rate experienced the first year after completion. (But, I am well into my next build so that should count for something.)

About 2K, but I’ve owned the KF for 25 years. Not much flying in the beginning, but after I retired the hours increased exponentially! 😀

I got it back in 2004. I personally have put 3000 hours on it and I believe it had 650 hours when I got it, shortly after I got it the hobbs meter quit working. so I put another one on it. I'm on the second engine and it has about 900 hours on it. I currently fly roughly 100 hours a year on it and I have an rv7 as well that I finished in 2008, I've put 1650 hours on that one now. I also put 100 hours a year on that one. When I fly I fly one, one day and the other the other day. I love to fly, what can i say. I am planning to go the the kitfox flyin in june so I will see you there. take care.
