    Talking Jack

    I'm not too crazy about scissor jacks, too wobbly. Built my own fast acting (just slide to where the inboard end of the axle is in the notch, grab the end and pull up, slip the block under), stable jack. Reinforced the 2X4 on each side with luan plywood to prevent splitting where the notch for the axle is located. Photos attached.
