I'm still planning on flying there in the Cherokee!
I'll be arriving Monday and leaving Saturday morning by van pulling my trusty 1984 Jayco 25 foot trailer. I love camping in the camp ground and meeting so many great aviators. By the time I arrive at Airventure my SS7 kit will have been delivered to my house and I will have lots of questions and will be filling up my camera card for sure. I have been thinking of building this kit ever since I first saw the Avid flyer years ago. The wait has been long a few planes before this one but the desire has never left me for this aircraft. Is there going to be a Kitfox gathering this year for lunch or dinner, love to bend some ears.
Jim
I plan to fly my Fox from Austin, Tx. My 4th trip to Osh in 73BH. Plan to arrive early to avoid the rush. I'll be camping in Homebuilt Camping. I'll have beer if you want to stop by in the evenings.

I'll be there all week... it'll be the 17th time in my Thorp T-18. Hope to see & visit with all the Kitfox guys. I'll probably spend a lot of time hanging around the Kitfox tent.

I will be up there all week as well camping with my dad in Camp Scholler. If you have any questions Jim I'll be sure to answer them as best as I can.

Are you parked near the row of Lockeed twins in the classic area?
Nice little pizza party at the Kitfox booth Wed. evening. Good to be able to put some faces with screen names and share building tips at the same time. Thanks again to John and Deb. As an aside I purchased an Oratex practice kit so it will be interesting to try it out.
