Sorry here too about the photo issue and don't blame you for your refusal to pay blackmail. Regarding the fans. I put money for negative pressure. Good for the project, but sucked a lot of overspray and became junk for all practical purposes. But, I guess I would do the same again.

On the positive side, I was able to build a booth without a frame. When I do my next booth for the plane parts I aim to build frames and use negative pressure. It would seem that it would provide a better flow through the booth but I am not sure if thats the case. I have been in in-door skydive tunnels with both types of fan systems. The wind still lifted me the same.

I'd only do negative pressure. That way you are sucking the overspray to a defined place - the fan. With positive you are blowing the overspray everywhere until it finds the exit and the points of leakage. If you are using flammable paint, I would highly recommend a sparkproof motor or a fan with the motor out of the airstream, positioned outside of the booth.

Really sorry about the photos Josh. I know what photos mean to a builder. Hopefully DF4 can help you out.

Looking great Josh. Black would be pretty cool but, here in the states, it seems it makes people think the government is spying on us in there black aircraft.

    Nice work Josh!
It feels motivating when it starts looking like an aeroplane.
I think you've over taken me... I better pick up the pace

Great work Josh. I guess the reason you feel like you've made progress is because of all that work you've put in to this point. Congratulations.
