    Default Mass Balance Weights - Spar or No Spar

    I have been working out of two manuals. Model IV Main and Model IV 2003. The manual on the left is the main manual and it states to install into flaperon Spar. The 2003 and newer state Do not Drill into the Spar. Should the newer manual be followed in this case as its an improved process?

    I certainly would follow the newer manual and would NOT drill into the spar.
