    Default Seat pan question

Got the seat pan in. I'm curious if you guys trim the edge of the seat Pan with the square tubing of the fuselage mine sticks up about a quarter to an 1/8 of an inch in some places thanks.

I did but make sure you trim and fit everywhere else prior to trimming the edges. You want to make sure the seat pan in fully seated down where it is “comfortable” and then trim the sides.

Yes, trim it flush with the square tubing, or just a hair lower. You don't want to be catching that thin edge sticking up as you slide your butt in and out over the square tube.
You will be wrapping a single layer of upholstery fabric over that thin edge, so trim it a scotch (hair) low to begin with.
