Leaking at the fittings? I had all sorts of trouble with that too. Went to Loctite 567 (recommended by Matco) and this totally solved the issue.
After digging around here and other aviation sites I used Permatex #2 and it cured my woes!

Replaced the jumper wires between my circuit breakers with copper bus-bars. Definitely cleaned up a lot of wires and crimp on connectors.

Im curious Dave. What method did you employ to get your bar drilled perfectly to connect to each breaker?

I measured the distance between each breaker which was 1.25". I scribed the center of the bar and marked off 1.25" and just drilled them out. When I installed them I loosened the nuts holding the breakers in place, started each tiny screw and once they were all in place I tightened everything up.

Hmm, sounds like a dumb question now reading it this morning. Thanks, I never have any luck with this kind of stuff so thought I would ask. Back drilling usually works but with the threads involved on the breaker, I knew that was not the way.
