Carbon fiber pressure recovery wheel pants trial fit. Very light weight but we haven't weighed them yet. Bill and Papa are responsible for these beauties. Likely will not permanently install until after test flights are completed.

Working on panel also but no photos today.
Might get to the carbon fiber boot cowl next week but pretty warm here for layup right now.
Going with the Macfarlane vernier throttle cable on this Kitfox.
9 circuit breakers installed with buss bar. Shunt installed. Ground buss installed.
Pilot and co-pilot headset jacks installed in center consol side panels.
Light switches installed and heater two speed switch installed.
Awhile since I've posted so guarantee I'm forgetting some items.

That is good to hear, so many times we need to adjust things as we go. It is rewarding when we can just turn the wrench and go. Thanks for the photo.
Panel work continues.
So many wires for such a simple panel.
Panel inserts cut out of aluminum.
Will be painted flat black for non-glare.
Two more holes will be drilled in left insert at top center for
low fuel warning indicator(red) and iEFIS (orange).
Left side of left insert will hold two switches for ignitions

Thanks John.
The right side will be my iPad Air 2 with Foreflight. This transponder will power
my Stratus S2 with ships power so no more running the S2 battery down and this transponder also connects the S2 to the aircraft's transponder antenna for weather and traffic reception.
