    Default Tie Off For Runup

Just wondering if the tail wheel leaf spring attach point is strong enough to hold back my Kitfox II with a 582 for a full power run for extended time frame, couple minutes or so. Don't won't to brake the bolt off and plane fly away.

My IO-240B wasn't able to tear it off, so I'd imagine it's strong enough ...

Be sure to keep the stick back. I tied my tail to a tree with a rope that was kind of long to do the engine break in. I was focusing on the temperature gauges and tach. I noticed my wife trying to get my attention and looked up to see the tail was coming up getting the prop pretty close to the ground.

That's where I tied mine for full power runs. I also blocked the wheels.
