New posts at top of thread instead of bottom

Does it work this way for everybody? Is there a setting I haven't figured out how to change?

Every other forum that I belong to has the newest post in a thread on the last page. This one is the opposite. The number 1 page has the newest posts and sometimes I have to scroll back 31 pages to see the original.

Go to quick links at the top of the page, edit options, and half way down you can find it in there.
