Default Ethanol in 90's fiberglass tanks?

Is ethanol a real issue in the 90's fiberglass tanks? My tanks are new (never used) and fiberglass. If I stay with ethanol free fuel (which is becoming easier to locate) would I still have any worries?

I posted about the problems I had with ethanol. I had to flush my tanks, clean the air box, and rebuild both carbs to get the slug out of my carbs. I would highly recommend stearing clear of the use of ethanol. My plane was grounded for a month trying to clean up the mess. Note I have an 2009 Kitfox SLSA with fiberglass tanks.
