ordering from kitfox

is there a special way to order from kitfox, I just emailed
orderparts@kitfox.com
and got a postmaster error sent to me. Im just going off there parts catalog email address did they change the address thanks

I usually call 208.337.5111, Debby McBean usually answers the phone, she always sound like she's having a great day, I tell her what I want, give her my credit card number, shipping address, and wait for about 3 to 5 business days. It shows up at my front door, probably be dropped off by the UPS guy. However at this time of Year St. Nicholas may deliver it, it is Christmas.

Look at the two email addresses, the one you used and the one PapuaPilot recommended. You left the "aircraft" out of ...@kitfoxaircraft.com...

I have been emailing Debra back and forth at the "orderparts@kitfoxaircraft.com" for the last week... it works.

FYI - Their web page shows they will be closed December 20th, 2014 - January 5th, 2015.

Hey guys! I sent an email over a week ago using the link on their website and have not received a response. It's really hard for me to phone as I'm at work all day.
