Thread: Rotec Float Plane

  1. #1

    Default Rotec Float Plane

Simply, can I put floats on a Rotec equipped S7?

My concern is the "special" landing gear for the larger prop; is there a special setup available for floats, not necessary or unavailable?

Obviously, swinging some lumber is out.....

I fell in love with the radial, but want the option for ocasional amphibious capability too.

    Damn the Australians!

Rotec requires the use of a wood prop from my understanding.

Look to add lots of ballast in the rear of an IV to make it balance.
